Angelia Pelham

Angelia Pelham, like many professional women, wears many hats. She is a wife, a mother, a 30- year Human Resources executive, and now an entrepreneur leading her own Executive Coaching firm, Real-Talk Executive Coaching & Mentoring focused on developing women in the workplace located in Frisco, TX.  She’s inspiring, passionate, and is a changemaker. Angelia affirms, empowers, and coaches women to bring their most confident and authentic selves to the workplace.
Angelia has had a successful career for the last 30 years as an HR executive with such brands as Walt Disney World, PepsiCo, and Frito-Lay.  And has served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Main Event Entertainment; Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer for Cinemark Holdings and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Dave & Busters.  Angelia is now the CEO and Chief Executive Coach of Real-Talk Executive Coaching & Mentoring focusing solely on women in the workplace.  
She has been featured in such publications as Black Enterprise Magazine, Savoy Magazine, and Plano Profile.
Angelia is a native of Florida; born in Pensacola, FL.  She holds a BS from Florida State University and a Masters Degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL.  

Angelia was recently appointed as the Campaign Treasurer for the city of Frisco incumbent Mayor, Jeff Cheney.  She sits on the Diversity Advisory Board of Prestonwood Christian Academy in Plano, TX.  She’s on the Board of Hope’s Door New Beginning Center which supports victims of domestic abuse.  Angelia also chairs the non-profit, Linking Cultures of Frisco, in partnership with the Frisco Mayor’s Office providing thousands of dollars in scholarships each year to Frisco High School seniors.

Angelia has been married to her college sweetheart for 30 years; and they have one daughter who is 16 years old and a junior in high school.  Angelia and her family enjoy traveling abroad and have visited 25 countries and counting...
